Next, rub the mixture into the area size of a quarter on the inside of the forearm. Check the area for the next 24 to 48 hours, and if there is no change, then it is safe to use.

Ginger essential oil is known to promote digestive health by relieving indigestion, constipation, and ulcers. Other oils that were proven to help with digestive problems are peppermint fennel, marjoram, black pepper, and lemongrass.
