Remember The Happy Memories

Stop thinking of all the negative emotions associated with the death of your friend or family member. Instead, make an effort to replace it with better and happier memories. Remember all the lovely times and great bonding moments that you shared with the said person. Fill your heart with joy instead of sadness. Take note that your loved one would be happy to see you move on from the hurtful event.


Cry Your Heart Out

You cannot just wake up one day and force yourself to forget the pain. Take note that you have the right to express what you feel. Keep Yourself Busy

There are those who can function well if they start to become busy with other stuff.
